This is an invitation to spend 75 minutes in inspiring company using pen and paper to de-stress, de-clutter your mind and make sense of what is going on in your life.

These sessions are designed like a yoga class for the mind. Drop in as often as you like and be guided through a process with meditation and different prompts each time. No experience is necessary. All you need is a pen, a journal and a quiet space.
